This event will be LIVE-STREAMED
from Spirit Rock Meditation Center
starting at 9:30 am PACIFIC TIME
Join Joanna Macy, Belvie Rooks, Jennifer Berezan, Venerable Anālayo, James Baraz, Thanissara, as well as Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, One Earth Sangha co-founders, Kristin Barker and Lou Leonard, and more for this event exploring how the Dharma can hold the intensity of climate crisis and guide our skillful response response.
In this day together, we will explore through teachings, meditation, and experiential exercises, how to apply the gifts and tools available through Dharma practice to the climate crisis–learning to face and transform fear, grief, anger, overwhelm and blocks that keep us from contributing in a meaningful and inspiring way. With this embodied awareness, we can move into conscious action with a deeper connection to ourselves, our community, and our world.
In the spirit of dana, Spirit Rock and the participating presenters are offering this event freely and in part as a benefit for One Earth Sangha. (We are so grateful!)
This event is hosted by Spirit Rock.

One Earth Sangha offers a global list of events that express a Buddhist / mindfulness response to ecological crises. We invite you to join or add events that develop and demonstrate our interdependence with all of life! Events that address multiple issues (e.g., racism, economic injustice and environmental health) are encouraged. You’re invited to list events from your local sangha, including earth-oriented day-longs, retreats and even regular sangha meetings. We also want you to share demonstration and direct action events. You, the members of our Sangha, are encouraged to submit events, whether they be from the Dharma community, other faith groups or secular, where you wish to gather other Buddhist / mindfulness practitioners to participate. To submit an event, please email us.
This growing list of events will always be available here and in the main menu under “Get Involved.”
