With Rochelle Calvert, Lead facilitator

Online
Together in this online program we delve into the systemic ways we have experienced separation individually and collectively through unhealed trauma and explore the dynamic interdependence of humans and Earth, framed within a larger conversation about worldviews, inner transformation, well-being and reparative ecological engagement.

With London Insight Meditation

This is an opportunity to spend a day outdoors together, working gently with the earth as an expression of our hearts. The day will be framed by periods of meditation and contemplation cultivating greater awareness in a daily life setting. The retreat day will be facilitated by Nathan Glyde and James Blake.
