| Please tell us about your work, passions and/or talents with respect to the climate or justice movement | I am part of a local zero-waste living community as well as the Friday for Future Mumbai chapter in Mumbai, India. I have been involved with contributing to climate action for about 2 years now in my own small ways. My talents include being able to understand and explain issues to people in a simple and effective way. Being a former teacher, I know how to engage with young people and inspire them to transform and act. |
| What is your past experience with trauma/stress healing? | I have been practicing the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh’s Plum Village tradition for about 4 years now. I have also done one course of SN Goenka’s Vipassana mediation. I have also participated in the Ecodharma course offered by Kritee and David Loy in 2020. |
| What are your goals for participating in this course? | I wish to get inspiration to help contribute to building the growing climate and social justice movements across the world. I am very inspired by the teachers who are teaching this course and want to learn from their collective wisdom as well as fellow participants and apply those learnings to my work |

| Connections | I know Tchoren from the EcoDharma course led by Kritee and David Loy last year. We were part of the same mini pod and developed good relational soil during that time. She has been kind enough to invite me to join her group for this course. I believe that she is very passionate about the climate and social justice cause and that passion will enable her to finish this course in the next 5-6 months! |
