| What is your past experience with trauma/stress healing? | I’m a member of a Zen group named “Zendo Mãos Vazias” (in English the name would be something like “Empty Hands Zen Center”). Since 2016 the group promotes Zen studies, as well as sessions of Zazen. |
| What are your goals for participating in this course? | To get deeper in the questions about our relationship with the environment, as well as how I could become an agent of transformation in my community. |
| What are some communities you’re a part of that might benefit from what you would be learning in this course? | I would emphasize the group “Zendo Mãos Vazias”, which involves tens of Zen’ practitioners in my region. |
