Ali Saperstein is a writer and editor based in the Pacific Northwest. She has practiced in the Theravada tradition since the early 2000s and serves as the newsletter editor for Seattle Insight Meditation Society (SIMS). SIMS is an all-volunteer Dharma community centered in the Pacific Northwest and devoted to offering the Buddha’s teachings on wisdom and compassion to all those who seek them.
