If it works with your circumstances, we recommend taking the EcoSattva Training as part of a group. While we welcome individual participation, we consistently hear that the course is most powerful in small groups—existing or new Sanghas that can support you in your practice. Whether your group meets online or in-person, is open to anyone or by invitation only, it’s a chance to undertake a rare journey together. Find an open group in our directory, or create one yourself:
