InStill Mindfulness is a nonprofit based in southwest Virginia working towards cultivating a mindful world for all. We have several small in-person and online community gatherings that we call InSpire mindfulness gatherings, including an online Eco_InSpire, which evolved out of last year's EcoSattva training. We meet on the 2nd & 4th Mondays of each month and welcome more members.
