The Measure of Our Humanity: Rehumanization

A day of Buddhist wisdom teachings, and practices at the Jamyang Buddhist Centre London. With a meditation at the Imperial War Museum. Organised by members of Eco-Dharma, XR Buddhists and TES and other Buddhist groups.

At the core of our Ecodharma practice is healing our relationship with ourselves and Mother Earth, and remembering that we are One with the Earth and all its beings. In this Zazenkai (Day of Practice), Karen Waconda-Lewis will share her wisdom on permission and reciprocity, drawing from Buddhist teachings and her lineage of Native Medicine from Laguna Pueblo.

We'll explore what Buddhism can offer in this time of multiple intersecting crises, infusing David’s experience leading Ecodharma retreats with the traditional Sanbo Zen sesshin structure.
