Let’s Practice Together

Remembering the Elements, Remembering Kapwa with Jonathan Discaya Relucio

event

Hosted by

Braided Wisdom

From the Organizer:

In this practice, we’ll cultivate equanimity by bringing mindful awareness to the elements within and around us. Rooted in the Buddha’s First Foundation of Mindfulness and the Filipinx practice of Kapwa—our deep interconnectedness—we’ll remember our belonging with the living world, our ancestors, and one another as a way of meeting these times with wise and compassionate presence.

Braided Wisdom  is the host of this event. Please contact them with any questions.
