Opening New Forms and Approaches to Engaged Practice

From September through November 2026, residents have the chance to weave their residency experience with hands-on ecological action by devoting time each week to tending the land. You'll work alongside our land stewardship team to improve trails, create outdoor sit spots, tend the garden, and more in alignment with the goals of our Ecodharma Infrastructure Project.

This training brings together MBSR/MBCT teachers to contemplate and engage in practice around their wishes for wellbeing and healing for our planet Earth. Sessions include community building, Earth-based practice, reflection and sharing, curriculum review, and exploration of ways to bring Earth Awareness into MBSR/MBCT teaching.

The Secular Buddhist Network has a discussion group for those who wish to share their experiences of and discuss new possibilities for bringing secular Buddhist ideas, ethics, and practices to community groups and political movements. The group meets the first Friday of every month, at 1 pm US Eastern Time.
