Revathi (Rev, pronounced Rave) is the Program Manager at One Earth Sangha and a long-term yoga and Vipassana practitioner from Mysore, India. Belief in Dharma and the power of the mind-body connection colors how she relates to the people and the planet. For more than a decade, Rev has worked on environmental justice across finance, innovation, governance, and policy, as founding executive director of Regen Foundation. She is currently engaged with organizations across the private sector, public sector, and civil society, including IIED, Landscape Alliance (formerly CIFOR-ICRAF), and Social Value International. Her work is grounded in ensuring a voice for underrepresented communities and perspectives. Having recovered from burnout, she values contemplative practices that extend beyond the cushion into daily life and livelihood, nurturing our compassionate being with the natural world.
