This 8-week online course offers training in Oren Jay Sofer’s integrated approach to communication, and is the first part of a three-course online training series (Part II will begin in January 2024, and Part III will begin in April 2024). Oren’s approach draws directly from his training in early Buddhism, the work of Dr. Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication, and Dr. Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing.
