This multi-day course will invite us to build a collective container for in-depth exploration at the intersection of mindfulness, embodiment, and trauma healing.
We will practice in both large and small groups to build a sense of presence, connection, and embodied communication—allowing us to hold space for processes of healing and transformation.
Healing our collective, ancestral and individual trauma (unresolved suffering) supports not only our personal wellbeing but also makes possible the transformation we so need to respond to the ecological and social crises we face in this century.
